Practical AI and automation for businesses that still run on spreadsheets.
We build automation that takes repetitive paperwork off your team's plate — the copy-paste, the data entry, the daily reports — so they can get back to the work that grows the business.
Three things, done well, for small teams in the Valley.
Connect the tools you already use
We get your everyday tools — email, spreadsheets, scanners, the systems you already run — talking to each other, so information moves on its own instead of someone retyping it by hand. Then we turn it into a live dashboard or a map your team actually uses. And, wherever possible, no new monthly subscription to pay for it.
Get invoices out the door faster
Snap a photo of a delivery slip, receipt, or bill and we turn it into a ready-to-send invoice for you — so billing goes out the same day instead of piling up on someone's desk, and you get paid sooner.
An assistant that knows your documents
We set up an AI assistant inside the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account you already pay for, loaded with your own policies, product details and FAQs, so your team finds answers without digging through folders or asking around. It only knows what you give it. Your documents stay in accounts you own, and you'll know exactly which AI service sees them.
A tool we built for our own pipeline.
Public-Bid Radar
Built to put a week of new federal bids, filtered to our work codes and California, on one page.
A scheduled Python job, tested on sample data and set to run each Monday once its SAM.gov key is active. It keeps only the chosen work codes and state, flags what's new since last week, and sets aside what doesn't fit.
A small Valley shop, close to the work.
We build automation for Central Valley businesses — the behind-the-scenes tools that take repetitive paperwork off your team's plate. Everything runs on systems you control, so nothing depends on a vendor you've never met. We've spent years doing data, mapping and reporting work here in the Valley, and got tired of watching good teams lose hours to copy-paste work. You work directly with the person building it — not a sales layer or an offshore handoff. Valley AI Solutions is run by Jarrett Winther, a data analyst in Fresno.
Where we can help first.
Operations paperwork
Shipping documents, labor records, food-safety logs, and equipment maintenance, captured once and reported automatically. Less paperwork, fewer late-night spreadsheets.
Invoice automation
Digitize bills of lading and delivery tickets, and flag missing PO numbers and other exceptions before they become collections calls.
Maps, records & reports
Asset and facility maps, searchable records, online forms, and board-ready reports for small public agencies, chambers, and community groups.
Four steps. No required retainer, no surprises.
Audit
One 60-minute working session. We map your manual workflows, identify the highest-value targets, and hand you a written roadmap. $350, flat.
Scope
Fixed-price proposal for the first build — usually one workflow, with the expected time savings estimated up front. You approve before anything ships.
Build
We deliver a working system that runs on your own accounts or servers. You see progress weekly. Source code is yours; nothing locks you in.
Maintain
Optional monthly retainer for monitoring, tweaks, and small adds. Cancel any time. No long contracts.
Send us your most annoying task. Get a free workflow review.
Free, for one workflowPick the one job your team does over and over: the copy-paste, the daily report, the inbox nobody wants. We'll talk it through on a 30-minute call, then send a short written summary of what's worth automating and what isn't — on tools you'd actually own, with your data staying put.
No pitch, no obligation. If it's useful, we talk about the rest. If not, the summary is yours to keep.
Fixed prices. No hourly billing.
